Sitting behind his desk, Rhev watched the footage on his screen. Lightnings office didn't have cameras, but the rest of that club did. Oh the look she gave the Ventrue owner. It made Him proud. He watched him load her into his truck and depart. He knew where lightning was taking her. But she was alive, and, from what he saw, doing very well. He clicked his tongue and an urge came over him. He knew where it came from, and often he fought it. But this morning, as the sun threatened to crest over the horizon, he gave in. He stood and began walking, but not towards the door. His speed and his Ghost form had him outside of the nest in seconds, and within minutes he was standing in front of what looked at first appearance to be a run down abandoned building.
